• Completed and Signed application for EVERY adult to reside at premises.

• ID / Driver's License for each adult applicant.

• Proof of income; if you claim income, you must be able to verify it.

PET POLICY: We do not allow Pitbull's, Rottweiler's, Germany Shepherds, Chow Chow's or Dobermans. Regardless of breed, no dogs over 25lbs. There is a one-time, nonrefundable, pet fee of $100/per pet & $25/a month per pet. Failure to notify Landlord is a $50 pet non-notification charge in addition to pet deposit and monthly pet fee.
